Movement and Pain Management Specialist

With a military background and an interest in sports, I have been involved in exercise and fitness from a young age.  However, my first real taste of the health and fitness industry was in a 12 week challenge where I lost 12kg in 12 weeks.  From this point I realised I wanted to be a part of this industry that helped people feel better and enjoy life more!

After completing nearly all the courses that the Australian Institute of Fitness had available at the time, I gained experience in a few different gyms as a personal trainer, as well a Remedial Massage Therapist. I have also been teaching Fitness and Massage for over 2 years to students who wish to become PT’s and Massage Therapists.

It is from this experience and knowledge that I honed his skills as a Movement and Pain Management Specialist.  I am dedicated to helping people regain quality of life for people experiencing pain and movement restrictions.
