The Australian Dietary Guidelines are a great start to knowing what to eat and how much to eat for good health, unfortunately everyone is different so the guideline isn’t specific to the individual. This is where ph360 comes in and allows people to eat foods that are designed for your individual genetics, epigenetics and other factors.
