Private Fitness Coaching

A very unique service designed for people with pain and/or movement restrictions.  After a thorough assessment, a specific program is designed that will incorporate motor control, strength, fitness, mobility and soft tissue manipulation.

Not in pain?

For those with a specific goal in mind, you will receive and be taken through a very specific program designed to reach your goal as efficiently and safely as possible.  Your goal could be one of the following, but not limited to:

  • Burn more fat while you sleep
  • Increase strength
  • Learn a new skill or movement
  • Increase flexibility and mobility
  • Increase fitness and energy
  • Lean up
  • Increase muscle size
  • Improve your performance in a sport
