A very unique service designed for people with pain and/or movement restrictions.  After a thorough assessment, a specific program is designed that will incorporate motor control, strength, fitness, mobility and soft tissue manipulation.

Not in pain?

For those with a specific goal in mind, you will receive and be taken through a very specific program designed to reach your goal as efficiently and safely as possible.  Your goal could be one of the following, but not limited to:

  • Burn more fat while you sleep
  • Increase strength
  • Learn a new skill or movement
  • Increase flexibility and mobility
  • Increase fitness and energy
  • Lean up
  • Increase muscle size
  • Improve your performance in a sport


Sessions run for 30 mins

Semi-Private Fitness  Coaching

This is perfect for those people who have good movement competence and like some independence with their workouts.  This allows you to book into one of many supervised sessions where I’ll be there to assist with things like exercise progression/regression, exercise substitution, spotting, movement correction, and mobility assistance with some soft tissue manipulation.

As standard, supervised sessions include the following:

  • 12 week program specific to you and your goals
  • Access to an online training app that tracks everything
  • Unlimited supervised sessions
  • Session monitoring and assistance
  • Soft tissue manipulation and passive stretching if needed


Sessions run for 45 mins

Limited to 6 people per session
